We are now entrusted with the responsibility of endorsing a 'new image' of a nursing home or a clinic as a space which is therapeutic; it not only mitigates pain and anxiety but inculcates faith and trust and then hopes for the medical intervention to do its job or for miracles to happen. We address the need for the doctors and nurses to be able to rejuvenate themselves in an otherwise distress industry. We also ensure that very service oriented environment however does not shy away from being efficient, sterile and maintainable. Through simple interventions as light, scale, nature and colours, if the happiness quotient of the patients, their attendants and the healers can be enhanced, then as designers, we also share the happiness.
