"Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication"
Leonardo da Vinci

Hospitality is a word that comes from the Greek word 'hospices' which actually means 'host' and 'guest'. We certainly design to address the comfort of the guest and also create the desired ambience, but are equally sensitive to the need for providing value addition for the host, by ensuring the efficacy of the services, resources and energy needs and minimizing maintenance costs and making the building economically viable on a daily basis and in the long term. This typology is also used as a goodwill ambassador; for it inherently opens a window to weave the culture of a society into the fabric of the design, to express cognitive associations and metaphoric symbolizations, albeit as reinterpretations of Indian traditions.
